Healthy relationships are one of THE most important things to cultivate in our lives. Particularly if you come from a background where you haven't been fully accepted for who you are, we can carry a lot of trauma, shame, and automatic habits without even realising. Over six weeks, I will facilitate a space for you and your lover to intentionally enrich your relationships, through the Prepare-Enrich course... along with some of my own added touches of wisdom.
